Router Hardware

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all router purchases. If you're not satisfied with your router, return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Broadband Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. When you cancel, your service continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial month refunds.

Service Issues

If you experience significant service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours), contact us and we'll credit your account proportionally for the affected period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, email us at support@aerix.uk with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 working days.
