1. Agreement

By using Aerix services or our website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Our Services

Aerix provides private 5G network services including hardware (routers) and monthly broadband subscriptions. Services are subject to availability in your area.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Router purchases are one-off payments. Broadband subscriptions are billed monthly.

4. Subscriptions

Broadband subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Service Level

We aim to provide reliable 5G connectivity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Network speeds vary based on location, weather, and network load. Advertised speeds are "up to" speeds under optimal conditions.

6. Equipment

Routers purchased from Aerix are your property. We provide setup guidance and support. Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification is not covered by warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
